چکیده

This paper presents on power quality improvement in distributed radial network by using custom device (CPD). In system, the issue become more complex at all level. Here, for this concern, we introduce a concept of power, basically it is electronics controller, to provide supplier as much consumers. Custom (CPD) including active line conditioner (APLC) and static synchronous compensators (STATCOMs), simulating modified IEEE-15 bus distorted system with help MATLAB Simulink software explore performance efficiency each under various (power)disturbances includes voltage swell sag, interruption total harmonics distortion well performances allocated CPD control reactive power. used particle swarm optimization determine optimal location sizes CPD. simulation results reveal effect compensate several types disturbance depends devices configurations emphasized STATCOMs its arrangement.
